Blackjack is a game that somehow reminds me of a crazy ride. Black jack is a game that kicks off slowly, but gradually picks up speed. As you grow your bank roll, you feel as though you are getting up to the top of the coaster and then when you don’t expect it, the bottom drops out.

Blackjack is so much like a crazy ride the similarities are striking. As with the popular amusement ride, your blackjack game will peak and things will seemingly be going well for awhile before it bottoms out again. You most certainly have to be a bettor who is able to adjust well to the ups … downs of the game given that the game of black jack is packed full of them.

If you like the small coaster, one that doesn’t go too high or fast, then bet small. If you find the only way you can enjoy the rollercoaster ride is with a bigger bet, then hop on for the coaster ride of your life on the monster coaster. The high-roller will love the view from the monster crazy ride because he/she is not thinking on the drop as they rush headlong to the top of the game.

A win goal and a loss limit works well in black jack, but very few players adhere to it. In black jack, if you "get on the rollercoaster" as it’s going up, that is awesome, but when the cards "go south" and the coaster starts to flip and turn, you had better get out in a hurry.

If you do not, you will not necessarily remember how much you enjoyed everything while your bankroll was "up". The only thing you will remember is a lot of uncertainties, a crazy fun ride … your head in the air. As you are thinking on "what ifs", you won’t clearly recount how "high up" you went but you will naturally remember that mortifying drop as clear as day.
